By moving away from a business networking group, we focus on mentoring in a small group settings.
There are scores of business networking and mentoring groups around me. Common problem with these groups is far too many members and less person to person contact. Mentors or founders lack the personal touch with members. A few people from the core group keep getting all the attention.
JiSOT is a mentorship program in the overall confines of a group. I give a general direction while group interaction and activities take it forward.
My strengths are the faith that members have in this concept and the way they connect with each other.
